Time is billed in quarter hour increments. We do not mark-up hardware nor software. We do charge time to research, locate and present our findings and recommendations. Expenses are billed as direct costs to clients. In some cases, more highly integrated systems on smaller network may effect rates. Round trip travel fees seek to offset fuel, vehicle, maintenance, insurance costs and lost time associated with travel throughout northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin. *Individual and Family rates apply when paid
